PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal. All payments must be cleared before item(s) are sent. If you have any problems with payment whatsoever, please feel free to contact us via email at hello@lackluster.co.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS (depending on weight and value of the item). If one method if preferred over the other, please contact us ahead of time. Processing times usually take 3-5 business days, but if you need an order rushed, feel free to contact us, and we can accommodate to your needs.

All orders valued over $100 include free insurance. If your order is less than $100, and you would like it to be insured, please let us know. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship internationally (with the exception of our taxidermy products), so if you need a quote on one or a few items, we'll be happy yo help you out! Contact us at hello@lackluster.co. Customs can delay international packages up to 6 weeks, so please plan for a slow shipment.

RETURNS

All sales are final, unless item has been misrepresented in the listing. Measurements are listed, so please make sure it's the size you need before purchasing. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can help rectify the situation!
